I am participating in this year’s West Side Walk for Gilda’s to raise money for Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids. I support this organization because they make it possible for children, adults, and families to find free educational, social and emotional support during a cancer or grief journey. What makes this organization especially unique is that they provide support at no cost to members.
Most of us have been personally impacted by grief or cancer and the demand for Gilda’s Club services is only increasing. By participating in this Walk I hope to help them meet the demand. You can help too by either contributing to my fundraising efforts or registering to walk too!
