I started attending Gildas club a few years ago after my mom passed away. Gildas grief group made me feel like I belonged somewhere. I felt very lost after my mom passed away. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so welcome. Gildas was a safe place for me to talk and express my feelings during my grief journey. I can’t thank everyone enough for supporting me and walking with me on this journey!
