Restorative Body Workshop Time 4:30 PM

Please join Restorative Body at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids for a wellness workshop designed specifically for the needs of people impacted by cancer. The workshop consists of body movement, mindfulness, and an optional spiritual Christian meditation and connection for the last 10 minutes of the session. The aim of this workshop is to build strength, manage side effects, and increase your overall quality of life. We want to empower your wellness journey with a complementary integrated oncology approach through body, mind, and spirit. When held at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids this workshop is open to adults on a cancer or grief journey.

A monthly support group for adults diagnosed with colorectal cancer and related hereditary risk syndromes. Those affected by syndromes such as Lynch and FAP are welcome to attend this monthly support group.
