Applied Mindfulness Join us on the First Saturday of every month to participate in a mindfulness practice available to all members. We will move, meditate, and host unique and relaxing mindfulness habits that you can use in your day-to-day life! Modification to movements and supports are provided based on ability and need. This workshop is a part of our Monthly Mindfulness Series at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids. Pair the Saturday practice with our Mindfulness Discussion workshop every fourth Tuesday at 6 p.m.! Attendance is not mandatory for one workshop to attend the other. This workshop meets in-person at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids and registration is encouraged.
