My name is Ali McNamara and this is my second year participating in the West Side Walk as well as being on the planning committee. I was introduced to Gilda's Club back in 2014 and since then I have been a huge advocate for their mission. I have had friends and family who have gone through cancer and grief journeys and I believe that the counseling Gilda's Club offers is so important to those going through those experiences.

My cousins son (Lochlan) was diagnosed with Leukemia over a year ago and throughout his treatment he has shown such strength. This year I will be walking to show my support to him.

My goal is to continue to support Gilda's Club through fundraising, serving as a committee member, and continuing to share their mission.
