The West Side Walk is still planned to occur at this point! And Gilda's needs our contribution- Gilda GR's biggest fundraiser of the year (LaughFest) had to be cut short this year due to COVID.

 

So far, Alex and I have raised $616.26 through a can & bottle drive and those donations continue to come in! If you're interested in donating in this way, please let me know.

 

Gilda's continues to provide virtual support to their members through online support groups, education opportunities, and social activities. They also continue to accept new members. Money raised through West Side Walk supports the mission of Gilda’s Club to provide free emotional healthcare to children, adults, families, and friends on any kind of cancer journey or those grieving the death of someone in their life due to any cause.

If you are planning on attending there is a group staying at Steamboat Park Campground which is about 15 minutes from Gilda's Club. We also have room in our room and a backyard if you'd like to do some urban camping!
