Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction In this 8-week series course led by Maureen McKenzie, LLMSW, we will be facing the realities of our lives head on. Whether it is fear, joy, distress, or happiness, we will train ourselves to meet those feelings and learn the skills of mindfulness. Series includes structured cirriculum and practice at home. Commitment and attendance to all sessions of the series is required. Space is limited and you must attend one of the orientation dates (Tuesdays, March 19 & 26) to attend the series. This workshop will be meeting in person at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids. Registration is required for this workshop.
